Mrs Kiran Browne was born on 22nd September and did her schooling from St Mary's Convent, Allahabad. She is a graduate from Allahabad University and has also done her Teachers Training Course from the same place. She has been brought up in Services background and therefore fully appreciates the nuances of Service life, especially the issues concerning Service personnel and their families.
